Marketing your Home
***Joan's Strategy***
I have a Marketing Plan for Selling
your Home: First, I take several dozen photographs of your home,
inside and out. Then, using these photos with special Computer
Software, I "stitch" these still shots into a Virtual Tour which
looks a little like a "movie" of your home. This TOUR is
designed to be seen on the Internet since that is the place,
these days, where most buyers begin their "house-hunting."
Next time you visit your local library, take note of what many
of the people using the computers there have on their screens:
Often it is Realtor.com or some other website showing properties
which are for sale in the U.S.A and, some all over the entire
world! Experts claim that most prospects only look at those
properties which have Virtual Tours and lots of really good
photos.
I photograph and custom-design my own Virtual Tours so my
Sellers can take an active role in the creation of their Tour
and also this gives them the freedom to request changes (which I
can quickly make) at any time.
Extremely important, too: Virtual Tours are used by
all the co-operating agents in all the MLS (Multiple Listing
Services) systems to pick out the best properties to show their
prospects.
